French doors open onto Sa Volta Piquera, letting in the gentle rhythm of Sóller’s historic neighborhood. A small balcony offers a charming glimpse of local life outside.

With a tasteful desk for reading or writing, this room is ideal for guests who appreciate character, light, and a strong sense of place.

  • The Garden Room

Wake up to birdsong and the scent of orange blossoms in this peaceful ground-floor retreat with private garden access. Bright and spacious, the room is styled in warm Mediterranean tones with natural textures and a calming atmosphere.

Enjoy your morning coffee under the citrus trees, just steps from your door. A perfect hideaway for couples or solo travelers seeking beauty, comfort, and a touch of Sóller’s magic.

  • Master Bedroom

Our largest and most generous room is located on the first floor — a serene retreat where comfort meets timeless design. The space is expansive, featuring ample wardrobe storage, ideal for extended stays or guests who appreciate room to breathe.

Two French balconies flood the room with natural light and offer views over Sóller’s quiet, characterful streets. Underfoot, a stunning hydraulically pressed ceramic tile floor, handmade in Mallorca, adds texture and authenticity.

An en-suite bathroom with shower completes this private haven.

  • Lovisas Room

Step through a pair of antique double doors and into a room with fairy-tale charm. A king-size canopy bed invites restful sleep and quiet luxury.

Large windows offer sweeping views over the Sóller valley, bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. Located on the first floor, the room features a refined writing desk and handcrafted hydraulic tiles — a tribute to Mallorcan artisanship.

It’s a room made for dreaming, in every sense.

  • The Red Room

Located on the second floor beneath elegant exposed beams, The Red Room is spacious, airy, and full of character. French balconies open to Sa Volta Piquera, with a picturesque view of the Tramuntana mountains beyond.

Subtle red accents add warmth to the light-filled space, while the high ceilings enhance the sense of openness. A comfortable double bed and private bathroom complete this inviting and refined retreat.

  • The Ibiza Room

Have you ever dreamed of sleeping beneath exposed beams in a house full of soul? On the top floor, the Ibiza Room lets you wake up to birdsong and breathtaking views over the Sóller valley and the Tramuntana mountains — visible the moment you open the traditional Mallorcan shutters.

Light and serene, the room features authentic terracotta floors and elegant, minimal styling. A private en-suite bathroom offers comfort and privacy.

For added space or a special experience, the Ibiza Room can be combined with the adjacent living room to create a luxurious suite — including a private terrace and access to your own wet bar.

  • Dining indoor

The heart of the house — a warm and welcoming dining space connected to the kitchen in an open and social layout. A large table comfortably seats up to twelve guests, perfect for long dinners and shared meals with family and friends.

Traditional wooden beams and authentic Mallorcan details give the room its timeless character, while a comfortable sofa nearby invites relaxed conversations while dinner is being prepared.

  • Entrance

The entrance welcomes you with classic Mallorcan architecture typical of Sóller. High ceilings, natural stone floors and generous proportions create an immediate sense of space and calm.

From here the eye is naturally drawn through the house towards the garden and the Tramuntana mountains beyond. A comfortable seating area offers the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the valley and its surrounding trails.

  • TV-room

One floor above, the house opens into the family’s cosy retreat — a relaxed TV room where everyone gathers in the evenings.

With a large comfortable sofa and soft light, it’s the perfect place to watch a film, read a book or simply wind down after a day in the mountains or by the sea.

  • Suite & wetbar

At the very top of the house lies a private suite that can connect to the Ibiza Room, creating an exclusive upper-floor retreat.

The suite includes a discreet wet bar with its own refrigerator — perfect for chilled drinks or the first glass of cava as the evening begins.

A sofa and TV area offer a relaxed lounge upstairs, and the space can easily be arranged as a quiet workspace with one or two desks for remote work. Just ask and we arrange it.

  • Rooftop terrace

One of the most magical places in the house. From the rooftop terrace you overlook the Sóller valley and the dramatic Tramuntana mountains.

Whether watching the mountains awaken in the early morning light or glow red in the evening sun, it is a place for quiet reflection, conversation and unforgettable views over the valley.

  • The fireside corner

A favourite gathering spot during the cooler months. Here the day often begins beside the burning stove with a quiet cup of coffee.

The gentle warmth and calm atmosphere make it the perfect place to plan the day ahead in the Sóller valley.

  • Outdoor dining

One of the most beloved spots in the garden. Beneath the shade of climbing vines, a long table welcomes up to fourteen guests for slow dinners and shared evenings.

With the barbecue close by and the garden all around, this becomes the natural heart of summer nights — where conversations linger and the sound of cicadas fills the warm Sóller air.

  • Kitchen

The kitchen forms part of the open living and dining area, making it a natural gathering place in the house. Equipped with a large gas stove, a double refrigerator with freezer and a generous kitchen island, it’s designed for cooking and conversation at the same time.

French doors open towards the garden, offering easy access to the outdoor spaces while filling the room with light and air. The island becomes the perfect place for a glass of cava while dinner slowly comes together.

  • The art of slow living

"The wearing of socks was a distant memory. My watch stayed in a drawer, and I found that I could more or less tell the time by the position of the shadows in the courtyard, although I seldom knew what the date was. It didn't seem important."
